WHAT CAN HAPPEN IF I DON'T CONFIRM MY BOOKING
If you do not email to confirm your reservation by the dates in the application, then our waiting list will be contacted for a spot with us. This spot would be your den space. We need to hear from you the week you are arriving. You need to make sure all is in order for your arrival and to let us know you are still coming. Some people make these reservations months ahead of time but we do not hear back from you and we cannot be calling to see if your plans are still in place,,,we have dogs to look after!!
Please mark in your phones, on the fridge, on the wall, etc. to call us. We want to help everyone on our waiting list, but we can no longer wait to see if you show up.
Please ensure a smooth free vacation for your pet and email to confirm.

|I HAVE CHECKED MY DOG'S VACCINE DATES AND READ "VACCINE NEEDS", MY DOG WILL BE WITHIN WAGGY TAILS VACCINE POLICY WHEN WE ARRIVE. IF NOT, I UNDERSTAND THAT MY DOG WILL NOT BE ABLE TO STAY. SHOULD THIS ARISE I WILL PAY THE FULL AMOUNT OF MY BOOKED DATES.|

|AS EXPECTED WITH ANY RESERVATION, PEOPLE NEED TO CONFIRM EVERYTHING IS STILL IN ORDER BEFORE YOUR ARRIVAL. FOR HOLIDAYS WE NEED TO HEAR FROM YOU 1 WEEK BEFORE YOUR DROP OFF DATE AND FOR ALL OTHER DAYS, YOU NEED TO CONFIRM 3-5 DAYS BEFORE ATTENDING.|
